Purpose vs Ego

Purpose is what you do without it feeling like work.

Trying to be a certain person to everyone else (EGO) is hard work and tiring.

Your candle lights strong and continually burns when chasing your purpose.

It is easy to get “burnt out” when you are working on your EGO.

People want to join you and help spread your mission when you come from purpose.

You think everyone is wrong and run through staff all the time when you come from EGO.

You will continually celebrate victories and enjoy the ride as you work on your purpose.

Nothing will ever be good enough when you come from EGO, always wondering how to be known more, seen more.

Referrals continually flood in when you come from purpose.

It is hard to find new clients when you come from EGO.

Purpose is about others and changing the world.

EGO is about you.  

I guess the question is… what’s your purpose…?
